Hubei Tri-Ring Motor Co., Ltd. has gained over 40 years experiences in the R&D of special purpose vehicles. It created a well-structured, highly competent and highly efficient R&D team which can meet with the trend of auto industry as well as the development demand of the company. Tri-Ring R&D center has been accredited as provincial enterprise technical center, High-tech enterprise, Engineering Research Center and Innovative enterprise etc. ever since 2010. The company has its own cabin factory. It has over 400 sets of equipment for stamping, welding, painting, assembly, metal cutting, heat treatment and power supply, of which there are over 60 sets of press machines of 10T-1300T and over 1000 sets of large scale and medium scale jigs and molds. The cabin factory is capable of developing and manufacturing cabins for heavy, medium, light and agricultural vehicles, with an annual productivity of cabins for 30,000 units heavy and medium vehicles, stamping parts for 800,000 units, and window glass regulators for 1,000,000 units.
