Well-washing trucks are generally assembled on trucks with cyclones, multi-chamber sewage treatment tanks, and sewage purification tanks. The multi-chamber sewage treatment tanks are composed of floating oil chambers, adsorption and agglomeration separation chambers, sedimentation chambers, adsorption and filtration chambers, and purification chambers.

They are mainly used for cleaning, sand flushing, and pressure testing of water injection wells during oil field production operations. Well-washing trucks mainly clean oil wells or water wells by high-pressure flushing.
There is a liquid storage tank on the truck for storing well-washing fluid, such as clean water, chemicals, etc. When working, the power system of the well-washing truck drives the pump to operate and extract the well-washing fluid in the liquid storage tank. The pump can pressurize the well-washing fluid to form a high-pressure water flow.

These high-pressure water flows are transported to the well through special pipelines. In the well, the high-pressure water flow will flush the well wall, oil pipe, etc., and wash away impurities such as wax, rust, sand, and oil stains attached to them. After that, the liquid with impurities is returned to the ground through the annular space between the oil pipe and the casing and is collected and processed by the ground recovery device, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the wellbore and ensure the normal production of the oil well or water well.
