Unloadable Garbage Truck
The detachable car body garbage truck is a garbage transfer truck for garbage transfer stations. It is mainly used for the closed transfer of compressed and reduced domestic garbage from garbage transfer stations to garbage disposal sites.

Working Principle Of The Detachable Car Body Garbage Truck
Hook Loading And Unloading Of The Garbage Bin:
the cylinder piston rod extends, the arm hook rotates backward to unload the garbage bin, the cylinder piston rod retracts, and the arm hook rotates forward to realize the hook loading of the garbage bin.
Operation Of The Garbage Bin:
After completing the hook loading of the garbage bin, turn the locking soft shaft handle to the locking position to complete the locking of the garbage bin, and then operate the operation.
Lifting The Car Body To Unload:
drive the car to the unloading position, open the rear door of the car body, make sure the arm locking soft shaft handle is in the locking position, and operate the hydraulic system to drive the cylinder to move, then the garbage bin, arm hook, and flip frame rotate together, lift the car body to the maximum tilt angle, and unload the garbage. Operate the solenoid valve handle, lift the cylinder back to its original position, drive the car body back to its original position, and realize the garbage self-unloading function. Reduce the labor intensity of workers. The collection and transportation method of this garbage truck is currently widely used. It can realize multiple compartments in one vehicle, greatly reducing the equipment cost and space, etc. The functions of its special devices are all powered by the car engine and realized manually or electronically through hydraulic mechanisms.
